EXPRESSION OF INTEREST NOTICE (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)
Amathole District Municipality (ADM) hereby invites suitably qualified experienced and multi‑disciplinary Professional Service Providers (PSPs) or Consortia or Joint Venture to submit a proposal for Planning, Design, Construction and Project Management of a Proposed New ADM Offices on Portion of Erf 1 in Qumrha in Great Kei.

A compulsory briefing session will be held at Calgary Conference Centre, East London (on the N6 to Stutterheim), on Monday, 20 July 2026 at 11h00.
Completed Expression of Interest documents to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed "Re-advertisement: Expression of Interest: Planning, Design, Construction and Project Management of a Proposed new ADM Offices on Portion Erf 1 in Qumrha in Great Kei: Bid No. 8/2/118/2025-2026EOI - AMATHOLE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY" must be deposited in the Bid Box, at the offices of the Amathole District Municipality, Ground Floor, 15 Rees Street, Quigney, East London, 5201, not later than 11h00 on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at which time the bids will be opened in public.
This expression of interest will utilise eligibility criteria as an evaluation tool. The criteria are as follows:
